Philanthropy Manager - Maternity Cover

As Philanthropy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing IJM UK’s major donor strategies, ensuring they achieve their ambitious income growth.
Working closely with the Philanthropy team and wider leadership, the role will cultivate, steward and grow a portfolio of strategic major donor relationships, whilst also helping to develop and implement strategies for increased fundraising through impactful philanthropic partnerships.
This role would suit an ambitious, goal-oriented person with a track record of building significant high value relationships and will be passionate about conveying IJM’s work of justice to individual donors.
The post-holder will line-manage and be part of growing the overall capacity of the organisation in generating income from individuals.
