    Mel is currently the CEO of Pod Point and former CEO of NewMotion/ Shell Recharge Solutions. The last decade of her career has been spent working on challenges associated with the energy transition in different sectors. Mel also has a particular interest in promoting and leveraging diversity and as a part of this actively seeks to support talented women and provides mentoring support to women cross sector. Mel is British and was educated at Bristol University in the UK where she received both a BSc Hons and an MSc, the latter specialising in Development Economics and Policy. She is married and has 3 children, and they have been lucky enough to live in many regions of the world including Australia, Europe, South Africa and Asia. Mel also sits on the board of the global IJM organisation and meets with the team in Washington annually.

    Martin Greenslade, a chartered accountant, brings extensive corporate financial experience to IJM UK from a career in the property, engineering and financial sectors in the UK and across Africa, Europe and the Middle East. Martin is currently Group Chief Financial Officer of Red Sea Global, a developer of multiple tourism projects along the west coast of Saudi Arabia. From 2005 to 2021, Martin was chief financial officer at Land Securities Group plc, a listed UK real estate company and, before that, he spent five years as group finance director of Alvis plc, an international defence and engineering company. Martin is married to Ali and they have three adult children.

    Christina is Senior Corporate Counsel at o9 Solutions, an enterprise AI software platform provider transforming planning and decision-making capabilities across the digital supply chain. Prior to joining o9, she has held a number of in-house positions as a commercial/ technology lawyer.

    In 2018, Christina served as a Legal Fellow with IJM in the Philippines. She is also an alumni member of the Community of St Anselm, which was founded by Archbishop Justin Welby in 2015.

    Jo Rice is a culture and strategy consultant serving scaling organisations in developing a healthy corporate culture with high trust teams. She is co-founder and former CEO of Resurgo, home of the Spear Programme, which provides coaching for young people experiencing unemployment, focussing on mindset and attitudinal change. Jo is a coach accredited by the International Coach Federation and serves as Non-Exec Director of asset management firm, Findlay Park LLP.

    Colin Ross is Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer at subsea technology firm Ashtead Technology PLC. He is responsible for corporate strategy, marketing and communications and investor relations as well as playing a key role in mergers and acquisitions for the group.

    Colin has held a variety of senior positions in the technology, engineering and energy sectors, most recently with Wood PLC where he was Vice President of Marketing and Communications. With an international career spanning more than 20 years, Colin brings a wealth of experience in building brands, managing reputation and delivering growth strategies.

    Colin lives in Aberdeen, Scotland with his wife and three children.

    Regional President, Africa and Europe

    Andy served as the Field Office Director for IJM Chennai from 2011 to 2014 and is now serving as IJM Regional President for Africa and Europe. Andy has had a successful career as a lawyer focusing on sports and media, eventually becoming the global head of business and legal affairs for Endomol Group, the world’s largest independent TV/digital production company.

    Since serving with IJM, Andy has led Governance for VisionFund, the microfinance arm of World Vision, where he led Board development, policy, and operations for the governance of 35 organisations and 7,000 staff around the world. Most recently, Andy has been serving as the Chief Executive of Laureus Sport for Good, an organisation that works through a network of 180 community-based partner organisations in 40 countries to support local change and development through sport.

    Andy is based in London, England with his wife and 2 daughters.

    Clare is a chartered accountant by background and director in PwC. She previously specialised in financial and non-financial investigations, before taking on a global risk monitoring role. She has held a number of statutory appointments, including with the Charity Commission. During two career breaks, Clare worked in North and Central Africa for international development organisations, including as Finance Director. She spent eight years on the Board of Youth for Christ Northern Ireland as Treasurer and is a qualified Money Coach with Christians Against Poverty. Clare has two adult children and is a proud celt who loves living, walking and running beside the sea.

    Anthony leads Westmore Capital, a London-based investment firm focused on the UK SME sector. His work involves partnering closely with leadership teams to navigate ownership transitions and providing long-term strategic advice and stewardship. With over 20 years of experience in financial markets, his career has spanned industrial M&A at Rothschild, corporate finance at Peel Hunt, and senior leadership roles within family-office investment businesses.

    Prior to Westmore Capital, Anthony served as Managing Director at Capreon, where he was responsible for leading investment strategies and building investment portfolios focussed on commercial real estate and asset backed operating companies. He has extensive experience designing, implementing and overseeing investment strategies and capital allocation.

    Anthony also serves as a Trustee for a Christian secondary girls' school in Kenya, which provides high-quality education and exceptional opportunities to girls in Nakuru County. Anthony and his wife live in London with their three children.

    Amanda is the current CEO of IJM UK, appointed in June 2026. She was formerly working in senior global leadership roles for Vodafone Group, including leading large telecoms businesses across Europe and Asia Pacific in both CEO and CFO capacities. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has a degree in Classical Studies from Bristol University. Outside of the IJM mission against slavery, Amanda is an active advocate for business to be a force for good and for the ethical deployment of AI, and is a member of the Church of England’s Ethical Investment Advisory Group. She and her family enjoy sports and spending time outside, especially in the mountains.

    Jennifer is COO and has been with IJM UK since 2019. She brings 20 years of experience in fundraising, operations, and charity management. Jennifer holds a BA from the University of Leeds and an MSc in Voluntary Sector Management from Bayes Business School. Outside of her work with IJM, she serves on the boards of charities that advocate for people experiencing abuse and exploitation.

    Euan is the Marketing Director for IJM UK. He has a consultancy background spanning multiple marketing disciplines and has worked with global clients to position their brands effectively in the market and drive income growth. Outside of his work with IJM, Euan has volunteered and served on the boards of charities supporting people experiencing substance misuse and homelessness. Based in Scotland, Euan enjoys exploring the beaches of East Lothian with his family.

    Kath is currently the Director of Church and Community Mobilisation for IJM UK. Alongside her role at IJM, she is one of the leaders of New Wine England. She was educated at Cambridge University, where she studied Geography. She has 20 years of experience working in NGOs and in church leadership and has had the privilege of living and working in South Africa and New Zealand along the way. She is passionate about justice and prayer and loves to mobilise the Church to do both. She has the joy of parenting three brilliant teenagers alongside her vicar husband.

    Emily is an international fundraising and partnerships leader with nearly 20 years of experience helping global organisations grow their impact through strategic philanthropy, corporate partnerships and business development. She is currently part of the leadership team at IJM UK, where she works to strengthen relationships with supporters and partners committed to ending modern slavery and violence against people in poverty.

    Before joining IJM, Emily was Director of Fundraising and Partnerships at International Health Partners, leading collaborations with the pharmaceutical industry to improve access to healthcare worldwide. She also spent almost four years with UNICEF's Gulf Area Office, securing philanthropic support from major donors, trusts and foundations. Earlier in her career, Emily held fundraising leadership roles with World Vision International across the UK and Southern Africa and served as a Fundraising Advisor with VSO in Ghana.

    Emily holds a BA from the University of Kent and an MSc in Fundraising and Marketing from Bayes Business School, University of London.

    Sarah has worked at IJM UK since 2012 in the finance team. More recently, she has taken on responsibility for data management, reporting and compliance, alongside supervising the finance team. Prior to joining IJM UK, Sarah worked at KPMG and in a school office, and completed her CIMA qualification alongside working at another large UK charity. She and her husband have three adult boys and have lived in many towns around the UK, happily residing in Liverpool. Sarah graduated from Sheffield Hallam University, where she gained a BA in Business Studies.
