Martin Greenslade


Martin Greenslade is Chief Financial Officer of Landsec, one of the UK’s largest listed real estate companies. He has held this role since 2005. Prior to this, Martin was Group Finance Director of Alvis plc, a leading European manufacturer of military vehicles which was acquired by BAE Systems plc in 2004.

Before joining Alvis, Martin helped set up an independent corporate finance advisory firm, which focused on mergers and acquisitions and debt refinancing in the Nordic region. The firm was acquired by Nordea in 2000. Martin is married to Ali and they live in the South East of England with their three children.
