Just Ride: Cycle Scotland's Hebridean Way

What: IJM invites you to take part in #JustRide19 along Scotland’s Hebridean Way – a remote and spectacular route to the north-western tip of the British Isles. The route passes through 10 islands linked by a combination of causeways and ferries, over rugged hills and along the wild Atlantic coastline.

When: 13th - 17th September 2019


  • 13th - meet in Edinburgh and travel to Isle of Barra
  • 14th (stage 1) - Vatersay to North Uist (58 miles).
  • 15th (stage 2) - North Uist to Tarbet (65 miles).
  • 16th (stage 3) - Tarbert to The Butt of Lewis (62 miles) & Celebration Event.
  • 17th – Travel back to Edinburgh.

Estimated Cost: £300 including all travel, accommodation and food. Cost subject to participant numbers.
