Jo Rice is co-founder and former CEO of Resurgo, home of the Spear Programme, which provides coaching for young people experiencing unemployment, focussing on mindset and attitudinal change. Jo is a coach accredited by the International Coach Federation and works with a wide range of companies and charities in developing a healthy corporate culture and driving social impact. Jo is also a non-exec director of asset management firm, Findlay Park LLP.
