Jennifer is IJM UK's Chief Operating Officer, coordinating finance, governance, human resources, IT and compliance.

Prior to this Jennifer oversaw operations and fundraising for a UK network of youth homelessness centres during which time she completed a Masters in Charity Management from Cass Business School in London.

Her career includes 13 years’ experience in fundraising, most notably securing £2.5million for a joint innovation project with the Mayor of London working with young people involved in the criminal justice system. She is passionate about seeing people being set free from slavery, trafficking and violence.
